Writer and Researcher

Rizk Casino has only been around for a couple of years, having been founded in 2016, but it’s already a familiar name to many after picking up a couple of different casino awards the same year. Furthermore, it has won the following awards:

  • Best New Casino 2018
  • Best Player Experience 2019

Rizk position themselves as being at the forefront of innovative, simple and fair online gaming, all of which are ideas we can well get behind. But underneath these admirable aims lies a more playful nature, one of the brightly-coloured superheroes (we’re looking at you, Captain Rizk) and tongue-in-cheek jokes.

So, does Rizk Casino manage to pull it all off? Read on to find out.

Bonuses and Promotions

There’s one main new-customer bonus available at Rizk Casino:

Up to £100 Welcome Bonus & 50 free spins

  • Rizk will match your first deposit up to £100
  • 50 free spins will be made available over 5 days, 10 per day
  • There is a wagering requirement of 20x on this bonus

It’s a nice bonus – not the biggest we’ve ever seen admittedly – but the wagering requirement of just 20x is lower than most, increasing the overall value on offer here.

Rizk sports a great selection of games – over 450 at our last count – from a variety of providers, including some of the most impressive currently out there, like Microgaming and NetEnt.

There are certainly casinos with even larger game-libraries on offer, but the overall quality here is top notch, and we certainly have no complaints in this department.

Here are some of the site’s top games:

For those hunting down the mega-bucks, you’ll also find a bunch of big-money progressive jackpot slots, including the ever-popular Mega Moolah. Table games are also available, with all the regulars, such as Blackjack (multiple varieties) and roulette, offered. Again, some casinos do provide more options, but for the vast majority of people, Rizk has everything you need.

How about live games? You’ll find all of NetEnt’s live Casino games at Rizk, so you’re covered here, with HD streaming available throughout.

And mobile? Yup. You can happily tap away at most of your favourite Rizk casino games while on the go thanks to the well thoughtout mobile website. Rizk has done a great job streamlining its desktop site so that the transition to mobile is almost seamless – other providers should well take note.

Remember when we said Rizk strive to keep things simple? Here’s one area where they do, though we aren’t entirely sure that’s a good thing in this case – payment methods are a very thin on the ground compared with the competition. Deposits and withdrawals can be made by:

We’ve seen a lot of reports flying around on various forums and other reviews stating that Rizk charge fees on their withdrawals and deposits. Is it true? No, actually. It isn’t. This may once have been the case, but it certainly no longer is.

Rizk does somewhat make up for the lack of payment options with absolutely kick-ass withdrawal speeds. Exact times vary depending on the method, but across the board, this is one of the fastest casinos out there when it comes to processing your payments.

EWallets are quickest (instant!), and bank transfers/cards are slowest (1-3 days). Withdrawals are limited by transaction as opposed to timescale, with most methods capped at £5000 a time except bank transfers, which increase that cap to £50,000.

Rizk offers a ‘withdrawal lock’ option, which allows you to lock in withdrawals after a win if you think you might be tempted to cancel the transaction and gamble on. Once locked, you won’t be able to touch this cash until it’s safely back in your bank account.

Rizk offers 24/7 support, though if you prefer speaking with someone directly over the phone you’ll be left disappointed – there’s no support line you can call. Instead, they offer live chat and email support. We’ve seen overall good reports here. Response times are quick, and support staff helpful in the majority of cases. Not as glowing as some, but nothing to concern us.

Rizk Casino is new to the scene, but it’s made a big impression in just over 2 years online. First of all, they offer a really nice online environment. It’s simple, attractive and runs well, with bold colors and headings making a real impression. The same can be said for the mobile site, which is a great addition.

You’ll find games from some fantastic software providers here, with a whole host of top titles that should keep even the pickiest gamers engaged. The sign-up bonus for new customers is nice if a little on the small side. But we’d rather see small sign-up bonuses with reasonable wagering requirements than big, flashy numbers that are locked away behind the small print.

Then there’s the gamification aspect of the site, which is tied into something called the ‘Wheel of Rizk’. What’s that, you ask?

Well, every penny you wager on the site contributes towards your ‘level’. Every time you reach a new level, you get a free spin of the Wheel of Rizk, where prizes such as free spins and big jackpots are available. What’s really nice to see is that any prizes you pick up from the wheel are wager free.

You’ll also find some of the fastest withdrawals anywhere in the industry here, something that I’m sure everyone can appreciate. That’s quite the list of positives – how about the negatives? Honestly? There aren’t all that many.

We did read a few reports criticising payout rates on the Wheel of Rizk, but since the ‘jackpots’ available here are pretty nice, with payouts wager free, we wouldn’t expect miracles. You may be rewarded with only a couple of free spins for levelling up, but you might also win a no-strings-attached £2000, so it’s swings and roundabouts.

A dedicated phone line would certainly be worth introducing, and an increase in the bare-bones number of payment options would be welcome, but for most gamers neither of these things will drastically change their experience at Rizk. So, would we recommend Rizk Casino? Absolutely!

As with any online casino – even the best – there are a few minor issues here and there, but at Rizk they are just that – minor. The overall experience on offer here is fantastic: well thought out, well-polished, and more importantly? Well-worth your time.

What We Loved

  • Great software providers to choose from
  • Optimised for mobile
  • Lightning fast withdrawals

What We Didn’t Like

  • Payout rates on the Wheel of Rizk not the best
  • Poor customer support
  • A few too many ageing games amongst the gems
Rizk Casino Review 2019
  • Overall - 9.3/10

With a bunch of great games on offer, lightning fast withdrawals, and an innovative approach to gamifying their offering, we rate Rizk Casino extremely well.
