Mansion Casino was founded in 2004 and is the flagship casino of the Mansion (Gibraltar) Limited online gambling company, who were recently named Online Casino Operator of the Year for 2018 at the International Gaming Awards.
This high-profile gaming group is well known in the UK for their shirt-sponsorship of several Premier League football teams, including Tottenham Hotspur and A.F.C. Bournemouth.
It’s no surprise then that Mansion Casino is well-known among online gamers. But is it worth playing here?

Bonuses and Promotions
Mansion Casino offers a single new customer promotion:
100% matched deposit up to £200
- Bonus must be wagered 40x before withdrawal
- Minimum deposit £20
- Game weightings apply
The new customer bonus at Mansion Casino is nothing to write home about. A fairly bog-standard 100% matched deposit, with wagering requirements that feel a little steep considering the size of the bonus. Nothing much to see here.
There is a nice referral scheme that’s worth mentioning, however. Recommend Mansion Casino to a friend and, should they sign up, you’ll find your account credited with £50. Wagering requirements on the bonus are a rather more reasonable 15x.
You can refer up to 20 friends for a maximum bonus of £1000.
Mansion Casino is predominantly supported by Playtech on the software side of things, and you’ll find a decent selection of over 300 games to choose from. Playtech are one of the more popular providers, and they do make some great games, including the superhero-themed slots based in the DC universe that have arrived on the scene in recent years.
One really nice feature here is that you can try all the games out for free before committing any hard cash.
Of course, there are casinos out there with wider selections from more diverse providers, but we’re confident most people will find something to like here. Some of the most popular slots include:
- The Matrix
- Jungle Giants
- Buffalo Blitz
There’s also a nice variety of big money progressive slots on offer, including:
- Batman Begins
- Jackpot Giant
- Justice League
How about table games?
Those more interested in table games will find plenty to choose from in an above-average library. Varieties of Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat can be found, along with a bunch of video poker variations. You’ll even find ‘Age of the Gods’ themed Roulette if you’re looking for something a bit different.
For those who prefer the real thing, there’s also a modest selection of live games on offer.
Can I play on the go?
You certainly can. Mansion Casino has put together a great mobile app that’s available on both Apple and Android devices. It’s a really impressive piece of software too – easily one of the better mobile casinos we’ve seen.
You’ll find plenty of payment options to choose from at Mansion Casino.
Deposits at Mansion Casino can be made by:
Delta, EcoPayz, Laser, Maestro, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe Card, Switch, Visa Electron, Visa, Entropay, Euro6000, Skrill, Boku, Citadel Internet Bank, WebMoney, Local Bank Transfer
And withdrawals by:
Bank Draft, Bank Wire Transfer, Cheque, Delta, ECO Card, Laser, Maestro, Neteller, PayPal, Switch, Visa Electron, Visa, Entropay, Euro6000, Skrill, WebMoney
Unfortunately, withdrawals at Mansion Casino are processed particularly slowly.
EWallets are fastest (24-72 hours), and cheques are slowest (14-28 days). There’s also a frankly ridiculous pending period to contend with – 72 hours. We just don’t understand how one of the bigger players can justify such sluggish payment processing.
Any small print to be aware of?
There’s a withdrawal limit of £15,000 per month, so it’s safe to say Mansion Casino isn’t the place to play for true high-rollers. This limit can be increased to £30,000, however, via the VIP scheme. Also, the limits don’t apply to progressive slots, though Mansion Casino do reserve the right to pay you in instalments for the biggest of wins, aiming to have the total sum transferred within 3-4 months.
Mansion Casino offers 24/7 support through a variety of channels, including:
Live chat, phone, email and fax.
Overall, we’ve seen mixed reports from users on their experience dealing with support, with response times being pretty mixed. Alongside a few bad reports we’ve also seen some glowing ones, so it may just be the luck of the draw as to what you find if you need to get in touch.
Mansion Casino is one of the bigger and better-known names in the online gambling scene. They’ve been around a good while now, and high-profile TV adverts and football team sponsorships have further raised their profile.
But do they live up to the billing? Well… mostly.
There’s certainly plenty to like here. Playtech makes some great software – particularly when it comes to progressives – so although the selection falls into the ‘medium’ category in terms of scale, there are a lot of nice games to choose from. The website is well put together with a high degree of polish in evidence in pretty much all aspects. This is particularly clear when it comes to the mobile app, which is a real highlight – silky smooth with a whole bunch of great games on offer.
The sign-up promotion falls squarely into the ‘meh’ category, with wagering requirements simply too steep for the size of the bonus offered. Doubling your first deposit up to £200 may sound good on paper, but when you have to play through £8000 to actually see any of your winnings, you start to realise how low-value the promotion really is.
Then there’s perhaps our biggest gripe – withdrawal speeds.
Essentially, you’re looking at 5 working days minimum to get hold of your cash when making a withdrawal here. There’s really just no need to have such a long stretch of time to process a payment when other casinos can do the same things so much more quickly. Of course, it doesn’t impact the gaming experience you’ll have here, but it does leave a bit of a bad taste in the mouth when it feels like such a drag to get hold of any winnings you manage to accrue.
So, do we recommend Mansion Casino?
We do. There’s certainly room for improvement in a few areas, but overall our main issues with the site – withdrawal speeds and the sign-up bonus – are not fundamental to the gaming experience at its core.
What We Loved
- Highly polished gaming experience
- Fantastic mobile app
- Strong Playtech lineup
What We Didn’t Like
- New customer promotion isn’t anything to write home about
- Withdrawal times are far too slow
